Aleovera juice.

Butter milk.

  2. Buttermilk with black salt – Natural probiotic effect.

coriander seeds ,Jeera, Ajwain, Souf

  3. souf + jeera+ ajwain+ coriander ka power banak e rakh le or khan eke bad ek chammach roz iska sevan karein .

Liquorice.
